LondonShow Global – Brand Name: LondonShow / London Show (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its customers and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs customers of how their personal information is used and managed, as well as what measures are taken to protect personal information.
In the event that this Privacy Policy is revised, the Company will provide notice through website announcements (or individual notices).
This policy shall take effect from December 25, 2025.
1. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for product sales and payment processing, customer support, and other customer services.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company shall promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, such as the Commercial Act, the Company shall retain the personal information for the period specified by such laws. In such cases, the Company shall use the retained information solely for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows.
- Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription

- Records related to payment and supply of goods, etc.

- Reason for retention: Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act and Article 41 of its Enforcement Decree
- Retention period: 3 months
- Records of fraudulent transactions
- Reason for retention: Retention in accordance with the Company’s policy for the prevention of fraudulent transactions
- Retention period: 1 year
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.
- Destruction Procedure
- Information entered by members for purposes such as product reservations and payments, customer support services, and membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper documents, to a separate filing cabinet) once the purpose has been achieved. Such information is then stored for a certain period in accordance with the Company’s internal policies and relevant laws and regulations (refer to the retention and use period) and subsequently destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, unless otherwise required by law.
- Destruction Methods
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being restored or reproduced.
- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
5. Provision of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties. However, the following cases shall be considered exceptions.
- Where users have given prior consent
- Where required by applicable laws and regulations, or where there is a request from investigative authorities in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company uses customers’ personal information within the scope notified in “1. Items of Personal Information Collected” and, in principle, does not use such information beyond that scope or disclose it to external parties without the prior consent of the data subject. However, the following cases shall be considered exceptions.
- Where users have given prior consent
- Where investigative authorities request such information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable laws and regulations
7. Entrustment of Collected Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not entrust customers’ personal information to external service providers without the customers’ consent. However, the following cases shall be considered exceptions.
- Where the customer has given prior consent to disclosure or provision to a third party
- Where required by applicable laws and regulations, or where there is a request from investigative or supervisory authorities in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for purposes of investigation or supervision
- Pursuant to Item ①, the Company entrusts certain personal information processing tasks as described below in order to provide better services to customers. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company stipulates necessary matters in entrustment agreements to ensure that personal information is managed safely. Furthermore, the information shared is limited to the minimum amount necessary to achieve the relevant purpose.

All tickets purchased through LondonShow Global are sold by London Theatre Direct Ltd. (55 Strand, London, WC2R 0LQ, Company No. 3800560, hereinafter referred to as “LTD”). LTD is an official reseller of live event tickets and provides the ticket sales website used by LondonShow Global. By purchasing tickets, the Customer enters into a contract with LTD, not with LondonShow. LondonShow Global facilitates transactions conducted on the LondonShow platform but is not the seller of the tickets. Any contract formed upon completion of a sale on LondonShow is valid solely between LTD (the seller) and the Customer (the purchaser). LondonShow is not a party to this contract, nor does LTD act as an agent of LondonShow.Customer Data
LondonShow Global is the data controller for all personal information collected through LondonShow. This includes data related to ticket purchases, but excludes payment card information (i.e., the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit security code). LondonShow Global reserves the right to amend this policy in order to align with new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements, or other lawful and legitimate purposes. LTD works with PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A (“Braintree”) to securely process transactions that require the use of payment cards on LondonShow. This means that LTD is the controller responsible for collecting payment card data, and LondonShow is not the controller of payment card information. Braintree fulfills obligations related to payment processing and ensures compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Braintree’s Privacy Policy can be found here. 8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Customers and their legal representatives may at any time view or modify their own personal information, or the personal information of children under the age of 14, and may also request termination of membership. To view, modify, or withdraw (terminate membership) personal information of the customer or a child under the age of 14, users may click on “Edit Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information,” etc.), and to withdraw consent (terminate membership), click on “Membership Withdrawal,” after completing the identity verification process. Users may then view, modify, or delete their information. Alternatively, if you contact the Chief Privacy Officer in writing, by telephone, or by email, the Company will take action without delay. If you request correction of an error in your personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction so that it may be properly amended. Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the customer or legal representative is processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information” and will not be accessed or used for any other purposes.
9. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
The Company uses automatic data collection devices such as cookies, which are stored and retrieved from time to time. Cookies are very small text files sent by the LondonShow website’s operating server to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s computer hard drive. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes.
