Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LondonShow Global – LondonShow (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”) who use the IT-based London musical reservation service operated by the Company (https://www.londonshow.co.kr) and all related ancillary services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Article 2 (Effectiveness of the Terms)

These Terms shall become effective when the user agrees to the Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Amendments to the Terms and Matters Not Specified)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, its business name, business address, name of the representative, business registration number, and contact information (telephone number, fax number, email address, etc.) on the initial service screen (main page) of the IT service so that users may easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. Any amended Terms shall become effective in the same manner as set forth in Article 2 and shall be announced in advance.
  3. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and generally accepted commercial practices.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  1. IT Service: A system based on information technology that provides the Company’s reservation and sales services.
  2. User: A person who accesses the Company’s IT Service and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
  4. Customer: A person who has purchased products offered by the Company.
  5. Operator: A person in charge of managing and operating the Service on behalf of the Company.
  6. Service: The service operated by the Company to provide London musical ticket reservations and related functions.
  7. Operator: A person in charge of managing and operating the Service on behalf of the Company.
  8. Confirmation Document: A document issued after a reservation is confirmed, enabling the fulfillment of the contract for musical ticket products.
  9. Invoice: A document issued by the Company that allows the Customer to confirm the status of a reservation created by the Customer and the payment amount.

Chapter 2 (Reservations and Payments)

Article 5 (Formation of Contract)

  1. A contract shall be formed when the Company accepts the User’s application to use the Service and the User agrees to these Terms.
  2. The scope of the contract formed between the Company and the Customer is limited to the agency service for musical ticket reservations provided by the Company, and the Company shall not be responsible for the quality of the travel products themselves or for customer complaints related thereto.

Article 6 (Reservation Procedure)

  1. Reservations shall be made in accordance with the following procedures:
    1. Reservation: The Customer searches for and proceeds with the reservation of musical ticket products through the Company’s IT Service.
    2. Payment: At the final stage of the reservation process, the Customer shall pay the indicated product price through the Company’s IT Service. Payments are processed directly with the head office of the London musical ticket provider, London Theatre Direct Ltd. (55 Strand, London, WC2R 0LQ, Company No. 3800560, hereinafter referred to as “LTD”), and must be made using a credit card that is valid for overseas transactions. Payment may not be possible depending on the card issuer or the type of credit card used.
    3. Reservation Confirmation: Once the requested musical ticket reservation and payment have been confirmed, the Company shall issue a reservation confirmation letter to the Customer via email to the email address provided by the Customer.
  2. In accordance with Paragraph 1 of this Article, the Customer must provide the Company with the personal information required for the reservation request (such as name, contact details, and email address). The Customer shall be responsible for any issues arising from failure to provide such information or from providing incorrect information.
  3. Even after the reservation has been confirmed pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article, musical ticket products may be subject to change depending on performance conditions. In such cases, the Company shall promptly notify the Customer in accordance with LTD’s guidelines and shall make its best efforts to provide guidance on alternative products.
  4. All product-related information displayed on the Company’s Service (including photographs, maps, videos, etc.) is provided for reference purposes only to assist Users with reservations, and does not guarantee or warrant the content or quality of the products.
  5. Prices, available ticket schedules, and product details displayed on the Company’s Service may vary depending on the time of the User’s search.
  6. Reservations by minors without the consent of a legal guardian are not permitted. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred by Customers as a result thereof.

Article 7 (Reservation Fees and Payment)

  1. The reservation fee shall be displayed through the “real-time search and reservation” process provided by the Company.
  2. The reservation fee indicates the total amount payable by the Customer for the musical ticket product purchased through the Company. The total amount includes the product price, applicable taxes, and other related charges.
  3. The Customer’s payment method shall follow the methods designated by the Company and shall comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. If payment is not completed, the reservation shall not be deemed to be completed.
  5. The Company shall protect the Customer’s reservation information, personal information, and payment details through security measures to ensure safe transmission over the network.
  6. As reservation payments are processed as overseas transactions, tax invoices shall not be issued in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act.

Article 8 (Confirmation Document)

  1. The confirmation document is a valuable document that contains detailed information regarding the product requested by the Customer at the time of reservation after payment has been completed.
  2. The confirmation document may be issued after payment through the Company’s Service or Customer Service Center.
  3. After the confirmation document has been issued by the Company, the Customer shall be solely responsible for its safekeeping.
  4. When using a musical ticket product, the Customer is obligated to present the confirmation document upon request. Any issues arising from failure to do so shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
  5. The Customer shall bear full responsibility for any issues arising from intentional or unintentional falsification or forgery of the confirmation document.
  6. In the event of any discrepancy between the information stated in the confirmation document held by the Customer and the information displayed on the Company’s Service, the information provided by the Company shall prevail.

Article 9 (Prohibition of Transfer, etc.)

Musical tickets obtained through the Company are limited to use by the reserving Customer and the accompanying persons specified at the time of reservation. Such tickets may not be resold or transferred to any third party, and the Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages or damages resulting therefrom.

Chapter 3 (Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds)

Article 10 (Confirmation Notice / Changes to Purchase Requests)

  1. When a User completes a reservation, the Company shall send a reservation confirmation notice to the email address provided by the User.
  2. Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation notice, changes to the purchase request are not permitted in accordance with LTD’s policies.

Article 11 (Cancellation of Reservations)

  1. Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation notice, refunds are not permitted in accordance with LTD’s policies.

Article 12 (Changes to Reservations)

  1. Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation notice, changes to reservations are not permitted in accordance with LTD’s policies.

Chapter 4 (Use of Travel Products)

Article 13 (Product Usage Time)

  1. The Customer must use the travel product within the agreed time specified at the time of reservation (i.e., the date and time of the musical ticket). The Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to comply with this requirement.
  2. Any additional services individually used by the Customer at the musical theatre shall be paid for directly by the Customer at the venue.
